About Hiryo and how to contact us
Hiryo is an invitation-only personal project for selected invited adults in the United States. For service questions, account requests or privacy questions, contact [email protected].
1. The beta service
Hiryo is a private beta workspace for organizing a personal job search. Access is by invitation. You may use one personal account for your own job-search work. Access is personal, may not be transferred, and may be withdrawn when the invitation or account is revoked.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be an adult and use the email address invited by the workspace administrator. During activation, you confirm your eligibility, accept the displayed Terms and acknowledge the displayed Privacy Notice, and provide accurate account information. A Google sign-in may provide the basic Google profile information needed for sign-in; it does not replace any required account or acknowledgement step.
Keep a copy of the versions you accepted and acknowledged. If a required acknowledgement is not completed, activation or a protected action may not proceed.
3. Your content and your decisions
You keep your rights in the resume, career history, answers, application materials, job notes, and other content you provide. You give Hiryo a limited permission to store, process, format, evaluate, and return that content so the workspace can provide its features and maintain security.
You are responsible for reviewing your resume, application answers, generated documents, job information, and every external submission before relying on or sending them. You decide whether to apply, edit content, share information, or authorize an action. Hiryo does not verify that a job listing, employer statement, compensation detail, requirement, or generated suggestion is current or accurate.
4. AI, job boards, and third parties
Hiryo may combine deterministic matching and evaluation with optional model-assisted extraction, drafting, or enrichment. Model output can be incomplete, wrong, stale, or unsuitable for a particular application. Job boards, employer sites, application systems, email providers, identity providers, and configured model providers have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. You must follow the terms that apply to the sources and services you use.
Hiryo does not promise an interview, offer, employment outcome, accurate ranking, successful application submission, uninterrupted provider access, or a particular model result.
5. Provider keys, costs, and visibility
If you add a provider key, Hiryo stores it in encrypted form and displays a masked value in ordinary account listings. The configured owner administrator may reveal a key after fresh security reauthentication. A selected provider may receive the request data needed for the requested operation. Hiryo's internal usage ledger and spending limits are controls for the workspace; they are not a statement of provider billing, account balance, or an invoice from OpenAI, DeepSeek, or another provider.
Only provide keys you are authorized to use. Model providers may charge the account associated with a key under their own pricing and terms. Review the selected provider, model and spending limits before enabling paid requests. Disabling a key in Hiryo stops later Hiryo requests; it does not revoke that key at the provider or cancel a request the provider has already accepted.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the workspace to impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, access another account, evade an invitation or security control, upload unlawful or malicious material, abuse a source or provider, conduct unauthorized security testing, or interfere with another user's workspace. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Do not use generated content as a substitute for your own review and responsibility.
7. Beta availability and backups
The service is experimental. Features, integrations, models, source connections, limits, and data handling may change. Hiryo may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, or unable to recover a particular draft or activity record. Keep copies of important materials. Backups and retention jobs are operational safeguards, not a guarantee that every record can always be restored.
8. Suspension, disabling, and ending use
Hiryo may pause or disable access to protect the workspace, investigate abuse, respond to a provider or security issue, enforce these Terms, or end the beta. You may stop using the service at any time. To ask about closing an account, contact [email protected].
9. Specific risks and preserved rights
You accept the practical risks of an invitation-only beta: third-party outages, model mistakes, stale or changed job listings, email tracking inaccuracies caused by mail proxies or bots, provider processing, lost connectivity, and the possibility that a draft or record is unavailable. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed or excuses deliberate misconduct.
10. Changes
Hiryo may revise these Terms as the beta changes. The new version will identify its effective or update date and be presented for review where a fresh acceptance is required. Material changes should be reviewed before continued use.
